About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Java Developer Intern for a 6-month tenure to collaborate closely with our backend development team. This is an Intern-to-Hire position, offering a pathway to a full-time role for outstanding performers.

Compensation

• Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Full-time CTC (on conversion): ₹4 – ₹6 LPA (performance-based)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance REST APIs.
• Create and maintain clear API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code.
• Debug issues and analyze logs to identify root causes.
• Support API integrations and resolve technical queries.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Eligibility restricted to candidates graduating in 2026 or those who have already graduated; candidates graduating after 2026 will be disqualified.)
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Mandatory internship experience in Java.
• Basic understanding of Spring / Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and HTTP concepts.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools, preferably Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written communication skills, essential for documentation.
• Proven experience in building or documenting APIs.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Exposure to SaaS or product-based companies is a plus.

Internship to Full-Time Conversion Model
