Associate - IT & Software Development

Jaivel Aerospace, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking an Associate - IT & Software Development to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, India. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers receive exceptional products by contributing to a high-performance technical environment.

About the Role

As an Associate within the IT & Software Development team, you will be responsible for independently performing a variety of IT and software development tasks. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that support our business functions and project objectives.

What You'll Deliver

• Contribute to team plans and ensure timely, budget-conscious task delivery.
• Monitor work progress against plans and implement necessary adjustments.
• Implement and support various modules including Project Estimation, Project Management, Quality, MES, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, Customer/Supplier Relationship Management, Purchase, Advanced Materials Management, and Maintenance/Asset Management.
• Develop and implement workflows and automated processes using low-code platforms.
• Manage and ensure efficient utilization of overall IT infrastructure.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for complete traceability.
• Provide swift support to all business functions and resolve IT issues effectively.
• Address non-conformance issues promptly to minimize impact on project goals.
• Ensure work is completed 'right first time' and 'on time in full'.
• Understand project goals and objectives, completing tasks within budget.
• Adhere to processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and apply best practices.
• Engage in function performance and improvement processes.
• Apply Lean and 5S principles for a visual and efficient work environment.
• Align work with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve growth goals.
• Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize learning materials and actively participate in discussion forums to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement personal learning programs for skill and competency enhancement.
• Create and execute performance and economic growth plans.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of total working experience in a related domain.
• In-depth domain knowledge and competency, acquired through education or self-learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JSON, Python, JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with API integration.
• Proficient knowledge and competency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Multi-Site Networks.
• Proficient knowledge and competency in the latest software-hardware technologies and system upgrades.
• Proficient understanding and competency of quality management systems and ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
• Proficient understanding and competency of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in engineering fundamentals and emerging technologies.
• Ability to identify risks, manage them, and implement mitigating actions.
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when required and support other functions.
