About the Role

The Associate will join the IQ team at United Talent Agency to leverage data analytics for client growth strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing large datasets from ratings, viewership, social media, and consumer research; transforming this information into compelling narratives through reports and materials; designing and maintaining efficient analytics tools; delivering recurring insights to stakeholders including agents and executives; and collaborating effectively across internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years' experience in entertainment, media, technology, or analytical roles
• Fluency with major social platforms and metrics
• Experience creating visually engaging decks for creative and business audiences
• Prioritization skills to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
• Strong written/verbal communication abilities and attention to detail
