Data Engineering Associate - Production Support
Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking a skilled Associate with a strong background in data engineering to join our Pune (Kharadi) team for a hybrid role. This position focuses on providing critical L1 & L2 production support for our advanced AI/Analytics applications and data pipelines. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of these systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving resolutions within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive L1 & L2 support for AI/Analytics applications and data pipelines.
- Manage incident lifecycles, including efficient triage, thorough troubleshooting, and timely resolution within SLAs.
- Proactively monitor data pipelines, job executions, and application health to prevent disruptions.
- Handle and resolve tickets using platforms like ServiceNow or Jira, ensuring end-to-end ownership of issues.
- Perform in-depth log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and fix underlying problems.
- Collaborate effectively with L3 engineering teams and business stakeholders to achieve prompt issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Dataiku, Python, and SQL.
- Proven hands-on experience in a production support or operations support environment.
- Experience with incident management processes.
