Join EY as an Associate in Gurgaon, India, and contribute to the Global Business Process Management (BPM) team within Global Markets. This permanent role offers progression and involves supporting EY practitioners globally through a tiered-support operating model. You will be instrumental in managing EY’s global ARIS and IBM Blueworks Live platforms, including provisioning on-demand workspaces, databases, licenses, and user access for project teams. Your responsibilities will extend to developing custom solutions, driving governance and release management, and delivering scripting and reporting solutions. You will also be involved in requirement gathering, supporting new BPM tools, and assisting with client projects globally. The role requires a B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc., or B.C.A. in a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or process modeling tools like ARIS or IBM Blueworks Live. Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, XML, HTML, Visual Basic, or Java is essential, along with knowledge of ARIS integration via APIs and EPC/BPMN 2.0 modeling notations. Preferred qualifications include experience in Application/Infrastructure Lifecycle Management and process mining tools.
