Associate Graphic Designer

Role: Associate Graphic Designer

Experience Required: 2-4 years.

Compensation: Approximately 4 LPA (negotiable).

Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-centered UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels with a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) first mindset.
• Develop essential brand assets including social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and development teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Conduct basic UX research, define user flows, create wireframes, and build interactive prototypes.
• A/B test design variations and continuously optimize based on performance data analytics.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated 2+ years of hands-on design experience spanning UI/UX, graphic design, and performance/ad creatives.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work including digital products, advertisements, and brand identity projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma is mandatory for this role.
• Solid proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Familiarity with Canva, Webflow, or similar no-code tools is considered a plus.
• Understanding of CRO principles and what drives landing page conversions or ad performance.
• Basic knowledge of design handoff processes and collaboration workflows within development environments.
• A sharp eye for typography, color theory, layout structure, and visual hierarchy.
• The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
