Associate Fullstack Software Engine...

QAD is looking for a skilled Java Fullstack Developer to join our expanding team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves the end-to-end development of enterprise web applications using Java and modern web technologies. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure applications meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements for software modifications, including new/affected programs, expected behavior, documentation changes, and test scenarios.
• Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing software systems and product modules.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for product components.
• Provide support to services, support, and other R&D teams, and resolve customer issues as needed.
• Develop technical proficiency in design, implementation, and unit testing, while continuously expanding application knowledge.
• Design and develop robust server-side components using Java, applying core concepts like OOP, multithreading, exception handling, and generics.
• Implement responsive frontend user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or TypeScript.
• Facilitate seamless communication between application components through RESTful web services.
• Manage and interact with databases like MariaDB, employing SQL for data manipulation and optimization techniques for enhanced performance.
• Participate actively in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum meetings and delivering incremental updates via CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and facilitate the learning of junior software engineers, and maintain team proficiency in new product technologies through formal and informal training.
• Act as a backup for the Team Lead when required, and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
