About the Role: Associate - Full-Stack Engineer (Retail)
Join Bain & Company's Retail Center of Expertise as an Associate to design, build, and ship end-to-end features for our proprietary retail products. You will collaborate with global leadership and clients on solutions addressing category management, pricing analytics, and customer insights.
What You'll Do
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React or Next.js
• Build secure, scalable backend services and REST APIs in Python (FastAPI)
• Design database schemas for complex data workflows with SQL/NoSQL
• Implement CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities to enhance user experiences
About You
We seek a motivated professional with 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript frameworks, and excellent coding skills. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
