Facctum Solutions is seeking a skilled Associate Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic development team in Maharashtra. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable web applications. You will leverage your expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and gain valuable experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

As an Associate Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing responsive and engaging user interfaces using React.js.
• Creating efficient, reusable front-end components.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Ensuring application performance and user experience.
• Integrating front-end and back-end systems.
• Implementing and managing relational databases, focusing on data integrity and performance.
• Utilizing basic AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software defects.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A strong foundation in the MERN Stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack.
• Proficiency in Git for code versioning.
• Experience with MongoDB and a solid understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Basic familiarity with AWS services.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit and strong teamwork skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
