Associate

About This Role

As an Associate (Tech) at BCN PEG CoE in Delhi, you will bring specialized technical knowledge to the product development of internal tools and help deliver end-client cases for our private equity value chain. You will enable clients globally to make key investment decisions through survey analytics, digital diagnostics, workforce analytics, and disruption assessment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications with a focus on front-end development using React (Vite), Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion to deliver animated user experiences.
• Build and integrate Node.js back-end services and APIs; stand up simple Node.js applications independently from scratch.
• Translate design mockups and business requirements into clean, maintainable, reusable components collaborating with consultants on global Bain teams.
• Evaluate emerging front-end frameworks for adoption and ensure robustness aligned with engineering standards.

About You

We are looking for candidates with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript who can build modern React interfaces. Experience with Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Node.js, REST APIs, Git, and data structures is essential. Candidates should be able to solve challenging business problems quickly.
