Associate Frontend Developer - Bengaluru

Scoutit is seeking talented Associate Frontend Developers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing user interfaces that simplify complex data and analytical frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Build Data-Driven Interfaces: Develop responsive, performant, and intuitive user interfaces for seamless interaction with complex data and analytical frameworks.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Translate mockups into production-ready code, working closely with business stakeholders and data scientists.
• Integrate APIs and Back-End Systems: Create robust front-end components that interface smoothly with Python-based back-ends and RESTful APIs.
• Contribute to Internal Platforms: Enhance internal products and tools using modern frameworks, prioritizing maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain Code Quality: Participate actively in code reviews, adhere to component-driven architecture, and ensure code reusability and maintainability across the UI stack.
• Continuously Improve User Experience: Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices.
• Engage in Agile Delivery: Be an active participant in a cross-functional team, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and collaborative iterations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent team collaboration, and a proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular for building interactive UIs.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
• Comfortable integrating with RESTful APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Django) and managing asynchronous data fetching.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and web performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control in collaborative environments (e.g., GitHub).
• Exposure to component-driven development and tools like Storybook or design handoff tools like Figma.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with daily collaboration and iterative development cycles.
• Familiarity with automated testing and debugging best practices is considered a plus.
