Role: Associate Front-end Engineer in Retail

About the Team: Join Bain's Retail Center of Expertise, collaborating with global leadership on proprietary products like category management and customer analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop responsive web apps using React/Next.js/Tailwind/ShadCN/UI
  • Create pixel-perfect UIs from Figma designs (Auto Layout/components)
  • Integrate front-end with Python/FastAPI back-ends and REST APIs
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG), and performance
  • Maintain design systems using AI-assisted tools (v0/Lovable)
About You:You have 2+ years in front-end/UI/UX with expertise in React ecosystems. Strong Figma skills, state management knowledge, and experience deploying to cloud environments are essential.
