Full Job Description
Join Genpact as an Associate in Fraud and Dispute Resolution, a role focused on safeguarding financial integrity. In this position, you will meticulously investigate and resolve customer disputes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking and insurance protocols. Your responsibilities will include logging disputes, gathering critical evidence, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and communicating effectively with all involved parties to achieve fair resolutions. For banking disputes, this involves managing temporary credits, notifying merchants, facilitating merchant responses, and making informed decisions on issuer actions, potentially leading to arbitration or chargebacks. Key duties include analyzing transaction details, identifying dispute trends for proactive prevention, communicating empathetically with customers, collaborating with internal fraud, legal, and customer service teams, proposing and implementing solutions like refunds, and maintaining detailed documentation. We are seeking individuals with a strong ability to analyze information, solve problems, and communicate effectively. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in commercial insurance, finance & accounting, or banking is advantageous. If you are a curious, courageous, and innovative individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, this opportunity at Genpact in Gurugram is for you.
