Responsibilities:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java programming, SQL scripting, Unix OS, Microsoft Word/Excel. Foundational knowledge in AD/LDAP, basic networking (Host/IP/Port/Firewall/HTTPS/SSL), Jiras (optional), AWS/Azure/GCP (optional), and prior experience with IAM/IGA/PAM (optional).
• Non-Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, rapid learning ability, and self-motivation.
• Willingness to support global customers across APAC, EMEA, and US time zones, which may include late evening or early morning shifts.
• Comprehend and document requirements from Team Leads concerning customer Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) use cases.
• Configure Saviynt EIC to align with customer IGA use cases.
• Provide assistance and support to the team in resolving technical issues during use-case demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Complete security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
• Review, understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures (including but not limited to Data Classification, Retention & Handling; Incident Response; Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery; Mobile Device; Account Management; Access Control; Personnel Security; and Privacy Policies) initially and on an annual basis.
