Associate Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Engineer – ARCH to join our team for software deployment, installation, configuration, and onsite support within SMT manufacturing environments. This entry-level engineering position is ideal for fresh B.Tech/B.E. graduates in ECE, CSE, or IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy advanced software solutions on Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment across customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges related to software integration, networking protocols, and system performance issues.
• Monitor deployed systems post-installation to ensure optimal operation within high-speed manufacturing workflows.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for SMT operators, technicians, and engineers on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
• Provide immediate technical support during critical implementation phases and ongoing service operations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve escalated issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate installation logs, service records, and documentation for audit compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with 0-2 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills

• Foundational knowledge of computer networking architectures and protocols.
• Understanding of SMT manufacturing processes, equipment mechanics, and automation workflows.
• Data analysis capabilities for performance reporting and trend identification.
• Familiarity with Linux operating system fundamentals and command-line interfaces.
• Practical experience in software deployment methodologies and basic troubleshooting techniques.
