Associate Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Engineer in Analytical AI Engineering to help build robust data pipelines, ML workflow components, and platform features that support production-ready AI/ML solutions at Bristol Myers Squibb.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement scalable data pipelines and ML workflows following established architecture patterns and coding standards.
• Write readable, maintainable, and testable code with minimal guidance after initial design alignment.
• Troubleshoot issues within assigned pipelines to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Navigate complex codebases and data designs while growing independence in your role.
• Contribute actively to team scoping exercises, sharing observations that improve recurring problem-solving approaches.
• Demonstrate clear communication skills by explaining technical work, trade-offs, and business context to teammates.
