Genpact is seeking an Associate for Dispute Resolution to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be instrumental in resolving customer and merchant disputes by conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. You will analyze transaction details, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions such as refunds or corrections. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams like Fraud and Legal. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze transaction and account details.
- Identify trends in disputes to prevent future occurrences.
- Communicate empathetically with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution and compliance.
- Propose and implement solutions like credits, refunds, or policy clarifications.
- Maintain organized documentation of all dispute-related activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on dispute resolution policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Freshers are eligible.
- Preferred: Relevant experience in Commercial Insurance/Finance & Accounting, Banking, or Insurance domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
