Position Summary

This role focuses on in-patient journey analysis, leveraging patient-level data to develop sophisticated solutions for client teams. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Patient Analytics, capable of guiding and leading teams that support pharmaceutical clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively manage client and onshore stakeholders to ensure successful business delivery according to business needs.
• Collaborate with project managers to define algorithms, break down complex problems into manageable execution steps, and conduct thorough analysis.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions and reports to clients.
• Take ownership of project scoping, solution design, execution, and communication of analysis in client-ready formats.
• Contribute to the development of Axtria's tools and capabilities to meet evolving business requirements.
• Enhance organizational capabilities through participation in Hackathons, solution design, and process automation initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with onshore teams and clients as per business needs.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering in Statistics
