Associate Data Scientist - Hyderabad / Secunderabad
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in product performance (APRs) and patient complaints analysis to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures our products meet the highest quality standards by thoroughly analyzing and addressing patient feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data on product performance and patient complaints using statistical software and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Trend Identification: Detect patterns in large datasets to inform decision-making for quality improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for management.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy by cleaning databases, removing errors/duplications, and maintaining documentation compliant with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA).
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to implement quality initiatives and support product complaint teams.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree + 1-3 years experience in data analysis within healthcare/biotech. Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or Data Bricks; experience with tools like Tableau/Power BI/Square Two.
Preferred Skills: Certifications (Python, Salesforce), strong analytical/problem-solving skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of quality management systems. Patient-centric mindset required.
