About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join our data and analytics practice at IBM's San Francisco office. In this role, you will apply advanced statistics, machine learning, generative AI (GenAI), and agentic AI techniques to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for analytics and GenAI workflows.
• Develop predictive, prescriptive, statistical models with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Design experiments featuring prompts and evaluation datasets to ensure model reliability and reduce bias.
• Build GenAI and agentic AI workflows using RAG techniques.
• Collaborate within Agile teams including data engineers, consultants, and architects.
