Associate Data Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to cloud migration initiatives and modernize existing data systems.
• Support data systems handling hundreds of millions of real-time events daily.
• Maintain and develop early warning and analytics systems with cutting-edge big data technologies.
• Collaborate on building software for data collection and querying, and compose queries for investigations.
• Analyze data to provide recommendations for improving product performance and customer acquisition.
• Communicate regularly with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within the data infrastructure.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of Data Engineering experience with Python.
• Proficient in writing and analyzing SQL constructs.
• Basic knowledge of Big Data solutions like Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with relational databases, Spark, and Airflow.
• Familiar with strategies such as indexing, machine-learned rankings, clustering, and distributed concepts.
