Associate Data Analyst - Product Data Management

Eaton Technologies Private Limited in Pune is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and quality of product information within Eaton's global Product Data Hub, which manages over 6 million products worldwide. The primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the Electrical group.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and refine extensive product information, including descriptions, attributes, and unstructured content.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in product data through enterprise governance processes for standardization.
• Provide tactical support for Product Lifecycle Management within enterprise and business systems.
• Uphold global product data accuracy, completeness, and health requirements.
• Collect, organize, create, document, and input detailed attribute information.
• Utilize Product Data Hub tools to build and maintain a centralized product database for Electrical Product lines.
• Leverage experience in Product Lifecycle Management, product development, and management.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements and testing integration mappings between applications and the Product Data Hub.
• Source product attributes and specifications from various systems, including product drawings and ERPs.
• Present complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to acquire new skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, or an equivalent degree.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Electrical Products and Components, and Product Data Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Management and Analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Stibo is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
