Associate Data Analyst

About the Role

Eaton Technologies Private Limited is seeking an Associate Data Analyst for their Pune office. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and quality of product information within Eaton's global Product Data Hub, which manages over 6 million products. You will be responsible for cleansing and maintaining product attributes primarily for the Electrical group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and prepare customer demand data for the demand planning process.
• Support the monthly demand planning process by collaborating with Demand Planning and Commercial teams, including reporting on outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with cross-functional teams.
• Assist the Product Data management team with data cleanup, validation, and maintenance tasks within the PDH tool.
• Uphold global product data accuracy, completeness, and health requirements.
• Collect, organize, create, document, and enter detailed product information.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
• Execute and distribute regular sales and marketing reports in conjunction with the Business Development team.
• Leverage strong understanding of Demantra functionalities and reporting tools to develop and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics/Electrical.
• 1-3 years of experience in product data management, specifically with electronics products and components.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
