Associate Course Developer

Position Summary
The Associate Course Developer will have expertise in designing and developing eLearning courses and video simulations. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers and the Instructional Technology team to create industry-leading curriculum through custom media tailored for mobile learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare newly submitted Training Requests for CDK U Learning.
• Convert dealer employee lists for import into the LMS system.
• Create master Login documents and manage user creation, deactivations, and learning assignments via email requests.
• Extract and prepare various LMS reports for customer coordination and learning delivery.
• Follow up with customers and relevant teams to resolve cases related to training registrations, pending requests, or issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience developing eLearning courses, video simulations, and infographics.
• Expertise in eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Experience with video editing tools like Camtasia or SnagIt.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator.
