Associate Consultant - Strategic Client Engagement in Delhi, India
Arthan is seeking an Associate Consultant - Strategic Client Engagement to join a leading AI company focused on improving healthcare outcomes in Delhi, India. This role is crucial in supporting client engagements, developing strategic insights, and driving business growth within the healthcare sector.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling communications materials and data visualizations for diverse audiences, including pitch decks, concept notes, and findings summaries.
- Support project execution, encompassing coordination across cross-functional teams, leading survey development, crafting compelling client narratives, overseeing data collection, translating data into actionable insights, and general project management.
- Analyze scientific literature and the healthcare landscape to develop persuasive proposals and inform recommendations on how the organization's analysis and products can support client goals, health outcomes, and health equity.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities, assisting with proposals, and creating materials that highlight the organization's unique value proposition.
- Coordinate with and manage partners, including local implementation data collection partners, to ensure high-quality and impactful project deliverables.
About You:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution or equivalent practical experience.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or innovative data-focused public health.
- Demonstrate a track record of using data to understand key challenges and formulate solutions.
- Exhibit strong project management skills, with a proactive approach to project completion, attention to detail, and effective teamwork across cross-functional teams.
- Be a strong critical and strategic thinker with genuine intellectual curiosity for the field.
- Show resilience and a focus on outcomes when managing complex client needs in a dynamic environment, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and manage partnerships effectively.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly and effectively synthesize data to convey a narrative.
Location and Travel:
- This is an India-based role, ideally located in Delhi NCR.
- Expect up to 10% travel, primarily within India and Sub-Saharan Africa, with occasional travel to the US.
