Associate Consultant L1

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic React Native Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reusable React Native applications, integrating native modules (Android/iOS), and ensuring optimal application performance. Your role will involve working with REST APIs, managing state, implementing offline storage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features. Experience with third-party dependencies, version control using Git, and direct client communication is essential. A strong foundation in CSS fundamentals like Flexbox and CSS Grid for responsive layouts is required. Familiarity with Firebase Emulator is a plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications.
• Build and integrate native libraries and modules (Android/iOS) with React Native.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Work with REST APIs, document request models, state management, and offline storage mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks as per project timelines.
• Work with third-party dependencies and resolve dependency conflicts.
• Use Git effectively for version control and collaboration.
• Report progress directly to clients and maintain clear communication.
• Apply strong CSS fundamentals including Flexbox and CSS Grid for responsive layouts.
• Experience with Firebase Emulator will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Experience in integrating native modules and working with native code (Android/iOS).
• Familiarity with native build tools such as Xcode and Android Studio.
• Experience with image/media handling or manipulation within React Native applications.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party library integrations.
• Knowledge of debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with build/deployment processes and automation.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Client interaction experience.
