Associate Consultant

Role Overview
As an Associate Consultant in a Data Warehousing project at Beghou Consulting (Pune office), you will design and implement effective data architectures ensuring efficient integration. You'll provide strategic insights, enforce data governance best practices, and train internal teams to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data warehouses and reporting tools.
• Evaluate and optimize ETL processes and database performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope and development approaches.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results clearly to clients.
• Distill complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks for diverse audiences.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Take ownership of DW implementation on projects with minimal supervision, acting as a key client contact.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
• Support HR initiatives including recruiting, training, mentorship, and coaching.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation within the business unit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a Tier-I/Tier-II institution with strong academic performance.
• 2-4 years of relevant consulting-industry experience.
• Deep understanding of data management, modeling, and analytics best practices.
• Familiarity with Tableau/PowerBI for visualization integrated with ETL outputs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and applications.
• Logical problem-solving skills with strong collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Office, and cloud platform services.
• Demonstrated project management and people leadership capabilities.
• Excellent verbal/written communication to convey complex information clearly.
