Full Job Description
Bristlecone is seeking a skilled Associate Consultant to join our Consulting team in Noida, India. This role focuses on ensuring the success of our projects and change initiatives through effective change management strategies. You will be instrumental in increasing employee adoption and minimizing resistance to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management activities using a structured methodology.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with project objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments, analyses, and stakeholder identification.
- Support and ensure the effective delivery of communication efforts.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs.
- Coach senior leaders and executives on their change sponsorship roles.
- Provide direct support and guidance to managers and supervisors during transitions.
- Integrate change management seamlessly into project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in change management consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
- Possess techno-commercial knowledge and an understanding of supply chain processes.
- Experience with S4 Hana is a significant advantage.
- Prosci Change Management certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong consulting experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
