We help clients identify and manage risks to meet their future business strategy and objectives. Key areas include:

• Enterprise Risk: Assisting clients in identifying and addressing key risk areas, enhancing enterprise risk and resilience, internal audit, compliance, and internal controls.
• Technology Risk: Supporting sustainable growth by protecting business performance and providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance. This involves assessing technology risks introduced to businesses.
• Financial Services Risk: Helping financial sector clients identify, manage, and monitor risks through a transformative and agile approach, including process and procedures, risk modeling and analytics, reporting, business requirements, and asset/liability analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be part of EY's rapidly growing Software and IT Asset Management (SAM) team, working with major global companies. Responsibilities include:

• Summarizing and reporting complex datasets using dynamic dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Administering and supporting software discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, BDNA, Flexera, Service Now).
• Assisting with infrastructure upgrades, security compliance, and remediation.
• Ensuring effective communication between EY and clients.
• Managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Independently seeking information, solving problems, and delivering results.
• Developing strong internal and external networks.

Skills and Attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

• A third level degree or higher.
• 1 - 6 years of SAM or Software License Compliance Audit experience.
• Experience with BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Software Discovery tools (e.g., Flexera, BDNA, SCCM, Service Now).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network topologies, software vendor license agreements, and licensing terms.
• Understanding of IT Processes, IT Infrastructure (applications, databases, operating systems), and related technologies (e.g., Oracle, Windows, Linux).
• Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in diverse, dynamic, and remote environments.

Ideally, you'll also have

• CSAM/ISO 19770/ITAM/BSA SAM qualification.
• Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2).
• IT Vendor Certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional).
• Big 4 experience and training.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Commerce

Experience:

• SAM (Software Asset Management)
• Up to 8 years in SAM
