About the Role
Join our team as an Associate in Career Transition, a hybrid role based in Bengaluru. You will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals navigating career changes by guiding them through our comprehensive Career Transition program. This position emphasizes innovation, flexibility, and a commitment to quality in client engagements. You'll be responsible for coordinating with clients, external vendors, and recruiters while also contributing to internal organizational processes. We expect a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide laid-off professionals through the Career Transition program, making them job-ready with continuous support.
- Explain the Career Transition program to new candidates and facilitate their onboarding.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates, offering emotional support and guidance to address their concerns.
- Assist candidates in enhancing their resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Coordinate with Coaches to schedule sessions, matching candidate needs with Coach expertise and industry background.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups via calls and emails to monitor candidate progress.
- Share valuable job market insights and hiring trends to keep candidates informed.
- Adhere to internal processes and actively contribute to internal activities.
