Associate Analyst - Risk Management Services

As an Associate Analyst in Risk Management Services, you will be part of our Global Compliance team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our standard compliance framework. This role requires you to own and execute global processes related to compliance management across various service lines and workstreams. You will thrive in an unstructured and complex environment, utilizing out-of-the-box thinking, logical reasoning, sound communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Analyst responsible for the execution and monitoring of adherence to compliance standards and assisting with other process-related requirements within the Global Risk Management function.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
- Assist in the adoption of the EY standard Compliance Program Management (CPM) template.
- Support the allocation of Global Compliance Framework (GCF) team members to specific compliance topics.
- Help document specific global Compliance Programs in conjunction with Global Compliance specialists.
- Contribute to the establishment of a CPM implementation monitoring program.
- Participate in the development of a roadmap for aligning Service Quality Management (SQM) controls documentation with Global Compliance controls documentation.
- Conduct compliance monitoring activities to ensure consistent adherence to internal policies and regulatory mandates.

Qualifications

- Awareness of global compliance regulations and standards.

- Exposure to the professional services industry.
- A desire to grow project management and team collaboration skills.
Technologies and Tools
- Basic experience with compliance management systems.
- An understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

- Willingness to learn about risk assessment methodologies and software.
- Eagerness to understand Service Quality Management (SQM) systems.
