Title: Associate Analyst - Risk Management Services
Location: Gurugram, Gurgaon / Gurugram, India (On-site)
About the Role:
Join EY's Service Line Quality enablement teams to play a crucial role in facilitating Annual Quality Reviews. This position involves executing global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across all areas/regions against Legal & Regulatory and internal Policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Technical Excellence: Develop proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, SQL concepts, and advanced Excel for reporting, data validation, dashboard reviews, workflow automation, and process improvement.
- Process Automation: Utilize digital tools to streamline activities, strengthen quality frameworks, and support continuous improvement initiatives under guidance from Global Service Line Quality Leadership.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with diverse teams across regions. Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders about dashboard insights and automation outputs in a business-friendly manner.
