Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and support the design details of automated systems.
• Develop requirement specifications using standard templates and document functional specs for system enhancements.
• Perform implementation activities including prototyping, analysis, configuration, operational rollout, and process documentation.
• Serve as a key conduit between Business and IT teams during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to verify configurations and define testing strategies.
• Collaborate with analysts and managers to translate new requirements into actionable designs and implementations.
• Maintain processes that continuously monitor data quality and system integrity while working with large datasets.
• Create reports, dashboards, and training materials for new employees.
