Associate AI/ML Engineer

About This Role

As an Associate AI/ML Engineer within our Global Supply Chain Digitalization — AI & Automation Team, you will support the design, development, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI solutions that improve operations across supply chain functions. You will help build scalable, production-ready AI applications enabling intelligent decision-making and automation.

Your Impact

• Assist in developing ML models, AI Agents, and cloud-native AI solutions using AWS and Azure to solve complex supply chain challenges under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders, Senior Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, and Analytics Teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

You will be engaged in:

1. Machine Learning Solution Development: Designing, developing, and deploying ML models for forecasting, optimization, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation to ensure production-readiness and scalability.
2. Agentic AI & Generative AI Engineering: Building and testing AI Agents using frameworks like LangChain or Auto Gen. Developing workflows leveraging LLMs, tool integration, memory, and orchestration for business process automation.
3. Data Engineering & Integration: Developing data pipelines to ingest structured/semi-structured/unstructured enterprise data. Supporting integration of knowledge graphs, vector databases, and document processing solutions for contextual AI insights.
4. Cloud Deployment & MLOps: Deploying applications on AWS/Azure with support for model versioning, CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring, and retraining to ensure secure, high-performing systems.
5. Model Optimization: Evaluating LLMs using appropriate metrics. Improving accuracy, reducing inference latency, optimizing cloud resources, and implementing responsible AI practices.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders across Digital Transformation teams to translate requirements into solutions while maintaining engineering excellence through code reviews and documentation.
