Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent systems leveraging modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows. This role demands strong ownership, clear analytical thinking, and the ability to transform innovative ideas into robust, reliable AI-driven solutions for the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.
- Utilize LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini) for sophisticated reasoning, summarization, and decision-making processes.
- Develop structured AI outputs in formats such as JSON, rule sets, and scoring systems.
- Optimize LLM prompts to enhance quality, reduce latency, and manage costs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and leadership to identify and implement AI-driven use cases within automotive interiors.
- Continuously work towards improving the accuracy and reliability of AI models and systems.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
- Proven experience in building agent-based or workflow-driven AI systems.
- Strong ability to debug AI systems and logically reason about their outputs.
- Familiarity with APIs, automation, and backend logic.
- Experience with vector databases or embeddings.
- Exposure to automation platforms or internal tooling.
- Understanding of AI product trade-offs, including accuracy, speed, and cost.
- A product mindset, going beyond just coding to understand user needs and business impact.
