Job Summary

We are seeking an early-career Full Stack Engineer focusing on AI Engineering to help build next-generation intelligent applications powered by large language models (LLMs). This role sits at the intersection of application development, data engineering, and applied AI—developing scalable systems that leverage RAG, LLM evaluation frameworks, and agent-based architectures. You will work closely with platform, data, and product teams using Azure, Databricks, Postgres, and modern AI/agent frameworks.

Major Duties

• AI & Application Development: Build end-to-end AI-powered applications (UI + backend services + model orchestration). Design RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval. Develop LLM-based workflows, agents with multi-step reasoning and tool use.
• LLM Evaluation & Quality: Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, hallucination detection and safety. Implement automated testing for prompt chains and monitor performance metrics like precision and grounding fidelity.
• Data & Backend Engineering: Build data pipelines leveraging Databricks (Spark, Delta). Design queries using Postgres and enable efficient retrieval layers via vector search.
• Platform & Agent Development: Develop AI agents within the Azure ecosystem. Integrate orchestration frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen. Build reusable services for agent capabilities.
• Full Stack Development: Contribute to lightweight front-end interfaces (React) and backend APIs (Python-based). Ensure production readiness with logging, monitoring and security best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering, building LLM applications using Python. A B.E/B.Tech or higher degree is required.
