Full Job Description
E2M Solutions is seeking an Associate AI Executor with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about developing practical AI-powered solutions for real-world business challenges. This execution-focused role requires strong Python fundamentals, backend API experience, and hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools and workflows. You will integrate AI, backend development, automation, and business problem-solving skills. Working closely with AI Executors, product teams, and backend developers, you will build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-driven features using modern Generative AI technologies, APIs, and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI features into backend systems using Python.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
- Work with LLM platforms and APIs like OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to enhance the quality, reliability, and usability of AI outputs.
- Support the development of RAG-based workflows involving embeddings, vector databases, and external data sources.
- Utilize vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or similar technologies.
- Assist in designing and debugging AI pipelines, backend workflows, and data-processing tasks.
- Work with databases including PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar systems.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into executable AI and development tasks.
- Debug issues, optimize workflows, and ensure the reliability of AI features and backend services.
- Stay current with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices through hands-on experimentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, backend development, or related fields. Internships are considered.
- Proficient Python fundamentals and hands-on coding experience.
- Experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
- Solid understanding of async programming and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with Generative AI tools, APIs, or frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and practical LLM application.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector search concepts.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or similar.
- Experience in REST API development and backend integrations.
- Working knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of React or Next.js.
- Web scraping experience.
- Fundamental understanding of system design concepts.
- Deployment experience for backend or AI applications.
- Understanding of basic authentication and security principles.
- Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
