About Bain & Company: A global consultancy delivering extraordinary results for ambitious change makers. The Retail Center of Expertise collaborates with global leadership to develop proprietary solutions in category management, COGS optimization, pricing analytics, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications automating complex retail workflows.
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and Azure AI Agent Service with integrated memory and reasoning loops.
• Build RAG pipelines combining vector search with Neo4j knowledge graphs.
• Fine-tune prompts and LLMs while implementing guardrails for safety and accuracy.
• Develop backend APIs using Python/FastAPI to serve models in production.
• Manage CI/CD, Docker deployments on Azure/GCP/AWS, and implement observability/logging.
• Create complex data transformations with SQL, Pandas, or PySpark for large-scale datasets.

About You:We seek candidates with 2-4 years of experience in AI engineering who hold a degree in CS/Engineering. Proficiency in Python/FastAPI, vector databases (Azure Redis/Blob), and cloud platforms is essential. Prior consulting or retail domain exposure is preferred.
