About the Role

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative financial products within the lending sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create/maintain product roadmaps. Lead product development from concept to launch.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable product improvements and strategy.
• Product Strategy: Assist in defining and executing product strategies aligned with business goals. Set, track, and measure key product performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle, encompassing planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment between product objectives and overall company goals.
• Quality Assurance & Customer Feedback: Define and monitor product quality standards. Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to enhance product performance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular product performance reports and analyze key metrics to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Product Focus Area: This role will primarily focus on the LMS Product for Business Loans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of successful product development and launch.
• Experience in Fintech, Lending, or BFSI is a significant advantage.
