The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team at EY empowers clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future. Utilizing our Capital Agenda framework, we address complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges for a diverse clientele including corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, and educational institutions.
