Assistant Manager

EY is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Risk Management Enablement and Knowledge and Learning team in Gurgaon, India. This role is crucial for managing and driving EY's central Risk Management platform, ensuring efficient access to timely and relevant RM content globally.

The Risk Management team at EY plays a vital role in managing internal risks associated with client engagements. This growing Center of Excellence focuses on standardized quality and compliance activities.

The opportunity involves advancing the content strategy, optimizing user experience on the Discover Risk Management site, and enabling RM stakeholders to effectively share and consume knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in content governance, digital knowledge management, and risk or compliance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management & User Experience

• Oversee the end-to-end operation and evolution of the Discover Risk Management site.
• Ensure site integrity, optimize user journeys and navigation, and structure content effectively.
• Lead site enhancements based on user feedback, analytics, and business needs.

Content Strategy & Governance

• Implement and maintain the global RM content strategy, bridging global and local RM teams.
• Ensure appropriate classification, tagging, and taxonomy for improved content searchability.
• Establish protocols for content updates, archiving, and synchronization.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with global, regional, and local RM teams to align content and reduce duplication.
• Define and communicate clear roles and responsibilities for content ownership.
• Enable local teams to contribute region-specific content.

Training & Engagement

• Provide onboarding and periodic training for content contributors and site owners.
• Facilitate communication and feedback loops with RM professionals globally.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Regularly review and audit site content, structure, and usage.
• Track site analytics to generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Support risk compliance by ensuring global policies are communicated and enforced.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

Essentials:

• 6+ years of experience in digital content management or governance of intranet/knowledge platforms.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or other enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Exposure to change management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of information architecture and user-centered design principles.

Preferred:

• Understanding of risk management concepts and structures.
