Assistant Manager - Growth (Loan Against Mutual Fund)
Join Paytm, India's leading financial services company, as an Assistant Manager for Growth, specializing in the Loan Against Mutual Fund (LAMF) product. This role is pivotal in driving user and value growth for our LAMF offerings. You will collaborate closely with product development, central growth, marketing, and operations teams to identify strategic growth opportunities, enhance user funnel conversions, and implement data-driven initiatives throughout the user lifecycle. While prior experience in LAMF is not a prerequisite, a background in fintech or lending-focused consumer products, combined with a strong command of growth execution, funnel optimization, and data-informed decision-making, will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support user acquisition and value growth strategies for the LAMF product across key user segments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of growth experiments aimed at improving product discovery, eligibility assessments, and the application-to-disbursal process.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to pinpoint areas of user funnel drop-off and optimize user journeys.
- Implement targeted campaigns for user acquisition, reactivation, and cross-selling, utilizing internal growth channels and CRM tools.
- Analyze user behavior patterns, cohort performance, and campaign metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Manage daily campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring clear visibility into ROI and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective execution of growth initiatives and experiments.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, category management, or business development roles within the fintech, lending, or consumer internet sectors.
- A robust analytical mindset with the proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions.
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and the ability to foster effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and execution bias, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Clear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An MBA from a reputable institution is a plus, though not mandatory.
Why Join Us:
Become part of a collaborative, output-driven program that fosters cohesiveness across businesses through technology. Enhance the average revenue per user by expanding cross-sell opportunities. Experience a culture of respect, earned through mutual support and collaboration with peers and management, who provide solid 360-degree feedback.
Compensation:
We believe in creating wealth for our employees. With over 500 million registered users, 21 million+ merchants, and deep data insights within our ecosystem, we are uniquely positioned to democratize credit for deserving consumers and merchants. This is your opportunity to be part of India's largest digital lending story.
