Assistant Manager - Content Operations in Noida, India

Ziiki Media is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager for Content Operations to oversee the complete digital content lifecycle for India and Africa. This pivotal role requires meticulous management of content ingestion, metadata enrichment, and performance analysis, all while upholding stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate possesses advanced MIS and Excel proficiencies, coupled with an analytical mindset to drive data-informed strategic decisions in the dynamic digital media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end content uploading and comprehensive metadata management across various digital platforms.
• Strategically plan, schedule, and coordinate content releases to ensure a continuous and robust content pipeline.
• Maintain a zero-backlog status for content ingestion, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing key and high-impact content releases.
• Assume full ownership of regional content operations, ensuring seamless execution.
• Expertly handle and manipulate large datasets using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance and updates of metadata records, upholding the highest levels of accuracy.
• Generate and meticulously manage reports detailing content ingestion progress and platform performance metrics.
• Guarantee content goes live within the defined SLAs, typically 24–48 working hours.
• Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and implement effective process improvements to optimize operations.
• Manage the timely submission of content to RBT platforms and Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
• Conduct rigorous Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure full platform compliance and metadata integrity.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in all reporting, specifically encompassing RBT code mapping and ISRC mapping.
• Validate content meticulously against both internal guidelines and partner requirements.
• Actively track and analyze key content performance indicators to inform strategic adjustments.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on ingestion status, accuracy rates, and overall platform performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in MIS, data management, or content operations.
• Demonstrated experience in handling daily data/content uploads, managing operational workflows, or platform administration.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel features such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and fundamental data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and consistently meet demanding deadlines.
