About the Role:
As an Assistant Director of Engineering at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our engineering department. You will support the Director of Engineering to maintain buildings and grounds in optimum condition while aligning with corporate strategies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently run the department meeting guest, employee, and owner expectations.
- Ensure economic operation and supply services to all operating departments.
- Maintain equipment and facilities at peak performance.
Qualifications:
- University degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Director of Engineering or Engineering Manager required.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
