Assistant Consultant - Development in Gurugram, Haryana

Oodles Technologies is looking for a skilled Assistant Consultant with a focus on Development. This role is ideal for a modern developer with a primary strength in the latest Frontend technologies, who can leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate the development lifecycle. While frontend mastery and AI fluency are your core focuses, any backend development knowledge you bring to the table is a significant advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Consultant - Development, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency:

• AI-Assisted Development: Utilize trending AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude to rapidly develop, debug, and deploy web applications, staying ahead of market trends.
• Frontend Engineering: Develop and maintain responsive, production-ready web applications using the latest frontend frameworks.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate REST APIs and web services into the frontend architecture.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and testable code, leveraging AI to optimize performance and generate unit tests.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and report directly to clients on project progress and proposed technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Frontend Mastery: Demonstrated experience with modern frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Next.js, or AngularJS, along with deep knowledge of client-side JavaScript/TypeScript.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on ability to effectively prompt and pair-program with AI tools to accelerate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Modern JS Concepts: Solid understanding of Asynchronous design patterns, including Promises, Generators, Observables, and Async-await.
• Testing & Version Control: Proficiency in writing unit test cases and experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Modern Build Tools: Experience with JavaScript-based build tools and bundlers like Vite, Webpack, or npm scripts.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Add-On Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

While your core focus will be on the frontend, the following backend skills will make your application stand out:

• Backend Frameworks: Good experience with NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Full Stack Capabilities: Experience in developing and maintaining production-ready backend services and writing clean server-side code.
