Assignment Manager

The Assignment Manager will drive the development and standardization of security policies and programs for safeguarding corporate business operations at Pinkerton's Pune office. You will ensure compliance with country-specific procedures, manage security equipment maintenance (CCTV, access control), coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, process invoices, organize staff training sessions, prepare management reports, and support executive protection duties.

• Represent core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Ensure security policies are followed at all levels within the on-site team.
• Report equipment issues immediately for corrective action per SLA.
• Nurture relationships with local police and fire brigades.
• Maintain electrical security systems including CCTV, access control, visitor management, and fire safety gear.
• Coordinate emergency services and vendor partners as needed.
• Promote night escorting processes per client SOPs.

• Bachelor's degree with at least six years of experience in a supervisory role (Note: Listed as Entry Level, but description suggests mid-level expertise).
• Able to deliver security awareness training programs.
