Summary: As an Application Developer at People's Growth HR Solutions in Hyderabad, Telangana, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet dynamic business process and application requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and guiding the team to achieve high performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions and direction.
• Engage effectively with multiple cross-functional teams, contributing to key strategic decisions.
• Propose and implement solutions to complex problems, both within your immediate team and across broader organizational units.
• Lead the end-to-end development and successful implementation of software solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance team performance and capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with McLaren, Meridian applications/tools is mandatory.
• Must-have skills include proven proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• A strong understanding of web development principles and practices using the ASP.NET framework is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing scalable web applications.
• Solid knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL Server.
• Familiarity with essential front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
