The Role
We are seeking an exceptional SDE 1-Fullstack Engineer (SDE-1) for our Pune-based team, ideal candidates having at least 1 year of experience in Object-Oriented programming and a passion for solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Tackle constantly new challenges open to creating Proof-of-Concepts.
- Develop and maintain software using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement optimizations while addressing technical debt.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a full-stack role.
- Comfortable working with both frontend technologies (React preferred) and backend systems using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, responsive design, and database interactions (Relational/NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
