About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Artificial Intelligence Engineer / Research Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in building and deploying intelligent systems. You will play a pivotal role in designing scalable AI solutions, optimizing inference pipelines, and creating production-grade systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art LLMs for academic writing assistance.
• Implement high-performance model serving using vLLM, FastAPI, or Triton to ensure low latency.
• Build sophisticated agent-based systems including Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
• Create scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, embedding generation, and retrieval operations.
• Leverage vector databases like FAISS and ChromaDB for advanced similarity search use cases.
• Optimize inference costs, throughput, and latency to maximize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to integrate AI features into our global user base.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 2–5 years in Data Science / Machine Learning (Minimum 1 year specifically with Agentic AI).
• Languages & Frameworks: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• LLMs & Serving: Expertise in vLLM, prompt engineering, and model quantization techniques.
• Agents & RAG: Hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, or custom agent architectures for Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure deployment experience.
