Job Title: AI Engineer- Forward Deployed Engineer
Role Summary
We are looking for an AI Engineer / AI Consultant who will work directly with clients to understand their business problems, design AI/automation solutions, and manage delivery end-to-end. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused more on problem-solving, solution design, and ownership than on pure coding.
Technical Skills Required – Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)
Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
Experience building applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and function/tool calling.
Experience building agentic workflows and multi-step AI agents, not just chatbot applications.
Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and context management.
Ability to design guardrails, validation, human-in-the-loop workflows, and hallucination reduction mechanisms.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience integrating AI solutions with databases, enterprise systems, ERPs, CRMs, and operational applications.
Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment of AI applications.
Ability to take an ambiguous client problem from requirements → prototype → development → integration → production deployment, while balancing accuracy, scalability, security, and cost.
